Assessment
The assessment has three components:- 30% project work
- 10% mid semester test
- 60% two-hour written exam

To pass the subject, you must get at least 15 out of 30 for the project work and at least 35 out of 70 for the mid-semester test and the exam. However, regardless of how you did on the projects, you should sit the exam, since the project hurdle can be waived.
The exam is closed book, and will be held during the usual examination period.
Attending the tutorials and workshops, and practicing, practicing and practicing some more are essential for passing the subject.
