Education: 

I have completed my PhD defense and submitted thesis in November 2009 under the supervision of Prof. Rajkumar Buyya in the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory of The University of Melbourne, Australia. I completed B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Technology (CIT) in 2004 from Islamic University of Technology (IUT, OIC), Bangladesh.

Research Interest:

My research interests include resource allocation and management, request-redirection, load balancing, and coordination policies in wide-area distributed systems such as Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and Cloud computing. As part of my PhD studies, I have contributed to the MetaCDN Content Delivery Cloud, an integrated overlay network that leverages multiple storage clouds' resources to provide high performance content delivery.
